Blogging in FAU

Hi FAU bloggers !

Hello, in the time that I have been writing the blog (not only this level, also in English 2 and 3) I have enjoyed writing the different topics that have been proposed, I have had fun and I have learned to write. It has been a pleasant experience, but there are also things that still cost me learning and I always try to work on them, like not stopping so much in wanting to understand what I am writing, as the words I always look for and always forget me. balance, I think I have been able to understand and communicate with this second language. Writing is also another way of thinking.

The post that I enjoyed the most was "a family photograph" because it made me search among many photos in which there were many people gathered around the food. I also remember very forgotten things about my family, I like the photographs and more that make me transport to moments that are still alive.

The publication that I liked least was that of the city that I would like to visit because I do not really have a specific city that I would like to visit, so thinking about one cost me a lot. Also land my ideas on what to write. The city that I wrote was Rio de Janeiro.

The publication that was most difficult to write was that of the trip to a point of reference in Chile. This last time I had the luck to travel to many parts of Chile and all the places are important for me, that's why I remember them and I think about writing about them.

The truth is that my classmates are quite antisocial, since I started the course I only met Sofía, her blog I liked a lot, she is a great person and companion. Over time I could only meet one person, the Moon, she is very interesting, I really liked her writing.

A City You Would Like To Visit

Hi blogers !!

Today I would like to talk about a city that I would like to meet, I confess that I had a hard time deciding which city to write because I do not know, but if there is a country, after Colombia that I would like to visit, it is Brazil and the city of Rio de Janeiro. Many movies that I have seen of this city, also photos and news when the biggest carnival of America and the world is made.

What attracts me to the city are many things, such as its tropical climate and its proximity to the beach, the good people who are Brazilian, the proximity to the Amazon rainforest and the carnival that would be my main reason to visit.

What I would like to do there would be to know the city and its surroundings by bike, take pictures, eat and drink caipirinha. I have seen that the color of the sea is very clear, so diving would be a unique experience. I would like very much to know the stadium of Fluminense, the imposing Maracanã, also the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, the Tijuca National Park, it is one of the largest urban parks on the planet.

I would like to travel to this city with many people but at the same time alone. With my family it would be a very relaxing trip, a dream vacation. With friends it would be a trip of much laughter and fun, but traveling alone would also be a great experience of self-knowledge, dancing at carnival would be a dream come true.

A special meal

Hi bloggers !!

Today I would like to talk about a special meal I remember. I think that food is a very interesting dimension in our relationships, our connection with the territory, in our personal history and also emotions that originate and remember.

I think the special food that I remember the most is when family gathers, in my house or some other whenever there is a celebration of family such as birthdays, weddings, Christmas or New Year. The last time we met was 2 weeks ago on the birthday of a cousin in the commune of Recoleta. What we ate were several things, between chicken rolls with mayonnaise, also cheese and sweets. When the whole family arrived, the meat that was cooking was ready, including anticuchos, chicken and beef. At a large table we started the meal, in which apart from the meat there was also potato salad with mayonnaise, tomato with onion, lettuce, garlic sauces and also pebre. At the table there were also people who are not directly from my family together with me, approximately we were about 35 people.

I remember this food because I like to share with my family, laugh together, dance a lot, the food is transfused in a very big emotion when it is shared, it fills me with joy, I enjoy it a lot, there is a lot of love that surrounds me when I eat.

A friend

Hi friends !!

Today I am going to talk about a friend. The person I would like to talk about is Franscisco. The first time I met him was in 2004, when I moved to the new school, in front of my house, at 10 years old. He came from the city of conception, he lived in Lota with his family. I like Franscisco because he is a person of skin, happy and crazy, he is an expert in cueca de salón, he is also great when he improvises with the bases of rap and because I can converse with anything, we help each other.
Together we played football, we played guitar, we worked in events for Domino, I gave water and drink and He cooked hot dogs and hamburgers, we also went to parties near our houses and also to the Maipo box, at parties, homelands, with his family. We were also classmates until 2009, he stayed at the school and I went to study in Providencia, however, the friendship was not lost. When we were younger we thought we were merengue dancers and we always danced the same song by Karis and Ken and.

Actually, we do not see each other very often, the construction engineering study and our schedule do not coincide on many occasions, but there is never a lack of the night when we gather to smoke, talk a little and eat something. He is a good friend, he can pass the time, but we always see ourselves in the same old friends.

A Chilean Building or Landmark

Hi Fau Bloggers

Hello today I would like to talk about a point of reference in Chile that visits 2015. This place is the "botanical garden" of the Universidad Austral de Chile, in the city of Valdivia, it is a very large garden full of native trees such as olivillo, willows and myrtles, it is also bordering the river Calle - Calle which is also beautiful .
I was fortunate to visit him with my friends of the Geography generation, because that year was the national meeting of Geography students in Valdivia. It was the first time I visited Valdivia, the most beautiful city in Chile, some people say. As the Garden is next to the University was the first place to visit, we went with my friends, we rested there, also, I took some pictures and I knew many trees that are native to the area, in Valdivia it rains a lot so the trees They are giants.
I liked it a lot because it had many colors and shapes, it's a place that just by looking at it gave me an inner peace that I enjoyed a lot. The only bad thing is that in Valdivia it rains a lot, in fact it is the city that most rains in Chile and all year round, much more winter, so it can only be known in summer, where it does not rain much, much of the year it is flooded. Also its limits are beautiful with the river where many trees live with giant branches that touch the water, also the birds that live there..

Something you feel passionate about

Hi bloggers !

Something that I'm passionate about is dancing. That I was passionate about these things was not always so, since I was small I did not mind moving my body, did not think much of me or what I liked, only flowed in the monotonous routine and the period in which I change school. from Puente Alto to Providencia, some things made me want to attract attention. My school was only male and to celebrate anniversaries we made invitations with other female colleges. In one of these anniversaries we danced disco, it was the song "you should be dancing", this was the first time I danced, I had never done it in public, not even in my family. From that moment I began to look for rhythms, also went out with my friends to dance at parties and was very trained.

When I got to college I met the African-American dansa and also me, my body, I also learned things that were previously invisible. I knew that dancing is love and history, history of slavery, colonization and resistance of the black blood together with the Indians of America. That's why I love to dance, because it means another space in which I transform myself. Today I dance Caporal and it's amazing, I feel the synergy dancing, I feel the smiles and the people's gaze at the carnivals filling my heart, gives me pleasure and keeps me alive, immensely alive.

A Holiday

Hi Bloggers!

Earlier this year, with my friends, we decided to go to a backpack in the south of Chile, we started in Temuco and we reached Chiloé, because we had no more money and, lastly, the rain ruined all our clothes.
I went with 5 friends, Gus, Cristian, Andy, Maxi, the black man and I, there we met other traveling friends and we also made fellow dogs and cats.
We stayed a month traveling on trips, we only took buses for very long trips or because we could negotiate the passage to save money. What we did most was enjoy the scenery, the tranquility. In Lake Panguipulli we camped without worries, what we did was talk, eat , smoke marihuana and bathe in the lake, we walked through the forest until we lost. At Lake Calafquen we were lucky enough to bathe in the rain, Lake Villarrica enjoyed it on Pucón beach, it was a hidden beach with a breathtaking view. When we arrived in Valdivia, we had to camp in a public square and the next morning we were evacuated by the police. We arrived in Puerto Montt and then arrived in Chiloé in a torrential rain.

I enjoyed it because I was with my friends, traveling free and without fault. I learned to know myself in extreme situations, to go hungry, the best was the wine when it was shared to pass the cold. There was a place near the Huilo - Huilo National Reserve that the temperature in the night was minus 5 degrees and you could reach an agent by boat.
